NHS Charities Together Free Gift Draw Terms and Conditions
- Entrants must be 18 years and over.
- Anyone who signs up to give a monthly donation will automatically be entered into the Free Gift Draw, held on the last Friday of every month following receipt of the donation. If the draw date falls on a bank holiday, the draw will be held on the following working day.
- A £20.00 Starbucks voucher will be awarded to one entrant each draw.
- The draw will be held utilising a random number generator that has been tested and approved by an independent, Gambling Commission approved third-party test house.
- The gift recipients’ details will be available via the NHS Charities Together helpline the following working day. Please telephone 01524 753236 (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm).
- There are no alternatives to gifts and no interest is payable.
- There is no need to claim any gifts. The gift will be posted directly to the recipient by Royal Mail 2nd class post, within 7 days of the draw taking place.
- No liability is accepted for the loss, theft or delayed receipt of any communications.
- NHS Charities Together may (without giving any reason or notice) decline to accept an application or terminate or suspend the scheme.
- NHS Charities Together decisions made pursuant to the Rules shall, once made, be final and binding.

You may enter the Prize Draw for free by complying with the following conditions:
- Send your entry by pre-paid first- or second-class post to the Promoter at the following address: NHS Charities Together, Suite 68, Lake View House, Wilton Drive, Warwick, CV34 6RG.
- Hand-delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the draw.

Include with your entry the following information:
- your full name
- your date of birth
- your postal address
- a contact telephone number
- email address
- Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
- Unlimited free entries are permitted. However, each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries in one envelope or on one postcard will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.
